NYS Family or Group Family Childcare Providers

Health and Safety Training

All New Providers within New York State are required to take 15 Hour course to meet the regulations established by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services on becoming a family or group family childcare provider.  With a minimum investment you can start your own childcare home-based business.  The cost of the Health and Safety training is $210.00 and is reimbursed by the State University of New York upon receipt of a family childcare registration or group family childcare license.  A certified trainer offers this workshop.
